Hot water splashed all over my hand which was not very pleasant. The coffee dispenser that was actually working was 50% water and tasted awful. Also the two employees that were there seemed very clueless about prices and weren't very friendly. However the food is at least tasty. So if you can deal with horrible service, the food is worth it.
